Project Estimator
AORBIS Inc. is a US based company providing procurement services for building products such as Doors & Hardware and Toilet Accessories. Be part of our project estimation and product analyst teams to prepare detailed estimates for the construction projects based on the construction drawings and specifications.
Interview Location: Block-B 1101-02 Siddhivinayak Towers, Near Kataria Arcade,S.G Highway, Makarba, Ahmedabad.
Timings: 6pm to 3am, Monday through Friday and timings are subject to change
Job Description:
- Read, understand and interpret drawings, specifications, scope of work and project schedule
- Develop estimate by completing quantity take-offs, analysis, RFIs, and spec studies as per scope
- Do a value analysis study by defining alternatives to the proposed scope that are more cost-efficient
- Understand, Research, Identify and compare products from various manufacturers across the world
Qualifications
- Diploma, BE/BTech, ME/MTech in Civil / Mechanical discipline
- College Graduate (Fresher) or Experienced Professionals
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Planswift/Bluebeam/MS Excel software is a plus
